The project is located in Moscow on the territory of the former factory «Serp and Molot».
The project speculates upon the voids in the district, which create the system of magnets. The void becomes an instrument for constructing a local community. All the open spaces in the district are divided into three different types of permeability according to their location near public or residential blocks:
- public (squares),
- semi-private (space between residential blocks),
- private (closed courtyard).
Also, a change of the hight of the buildings diversifies the urban fabric and creates vertical voids.
